Can I manage the rental myself?

Absolutely. You can handle your own listing, rates, reservations, payments, and guest communication. Salt & Shore can still help with turnover cleaning and getting the property ready between stays. Or choose full-service management and let us handle the rental for you.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Owners purchase and retain ownership of their linens and towels. We reset the property using the clean supplies you provide. Laundry arrangements can be discussed separately.

How do you price your services?

Tell us about your property and the services you need. We’ll discuss the scope and provide a quote for cleaning, setup, maintenance, or amenity restocking.

What kind of maintenance can you help with?

We help with minor maintenance approved by the owner. Specialized work is handled by appropriate contractors, with owner approval.
